Patient information
Everything you need for your visit.
We try to make visits feel less like paperwork and more like seeing neighbors. Here's what to expect, plus a few helpful details.
Your first visit
What to expect, step by step.
01
Schedule your first visit
Call us or book online. Tell us a little about why you're coming in and any concerns you'd like to address.
02
Arrive a few minutes early
We'll have a short form to confirm your medical history, insurance, and anything you've noticed about your teeth or gums.
03
Meet your dental team
Your first visit usually includes a thorough cleaning, digital X-rays as needed, and a comprehensive exam. We'll discuss everything we find and talk through any next steps in plain language.
Insurance and payment
We accept most major insurance plans.
We're an affordable family dentist that accepts a variety of insurance plans and payment options, including cash and credit cards. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and our front desk will verify your benefits and explain what's covered. If you don't have insurance, ask us about flexible payment options for routine care, restorative work, and larger treatment plans.
Specific carriers and payment options vary. Please call (801) 796-7779 with any questions.
Dental emergencies
Tooth pain or a broken tooth? Call us first.
For urgent dental issues during office hours, call (801) 796-7779 and we'll do our best to fit you in the same day. After hours, leave a message describing the issue and we'll follow up as soon as possible. You can also learn more on our emergency dentist page.
